Eternal Spring Series, work in process

Spring is a time for renewal but this particular year brings that old saying to new heights - even an old skeptic like me had to reevaluate everything and start afresh. So I am thinking floral, abstract yet representational, smaller but still vibrant.

Flowers. Fragile and magnificent beauty, lasting only for a short time, bringing pleasant joy.

The abundance of color. Shapes.

And then that scent. Aroma.

And the inevitable decay, the sad and pretty passage of time.
